The xerox c60 has a large capacity tray. Today, after turning on the machine, I stopped seeing tray No. 6. Trays 5 and 7 are working normally. The error history indicates 078-275 (tray 6 is not powered). All the indicators on the tray are lit. It goes up/down. In general, it functions. But it does not allow you to identify the paper after loading. The printer menu says: "Tray 6 is not available." Tell me what it might be and where to start. There is no service center in my city. The fuse F6 from HCF electronic board has blown. It is a chip fuse on 24 volts DC.
You must replace this electronic board. Before check Lead Shutter Motor/HCF End Shutter Motor and cables for shortcircuit.
