Xerox 700 Fiery Problem c4

my fiery says c4

my web applications and network scanning are both not highlighted.

does anyone know what the problem is? I cannot find my printer in order to install on the network

 

What type of Fiery ?
Bustled or standalone ?

ok that worked for the Fiery now I have 00 like it says I should but I still don't have Network Scanning or Web Applications highlighted

 

Check the connection of the printer cable between the Fiery and machine.
Be sure the service switches are in OFF position
May be the Fiery dont complete boot.
Hook a monitor to the Fiery and watch the booting process.

 

ok so they come up for a few minutes then they grey out again

 

hey, so now my fiery boots up I have nothing greyed out but I cant access my printer by the ip address. although it connects to the command workstation the startup page just spools the entire time. you have any idea what that may be?
