xerox 700 error code 010-320

Hi,
I know this error code is for fuser overheating .... already replaced it with a new one. Just not sure how to reset the NVM ... anyone knows which NVM should be reset to 0?
Thanks for any help.
 
    • Thanks for your help ... used the code but now I get a new error message: 010-319
    Any idea what the NVM # would be?
