Xerox 700 077-113 fault code

I am trying to figure out why my new purchase (Xerox 700) will print portrait but not landscape. The fault I get is 077-113. What happens is when the paper leaves the main unit into the interface module it comes out halfway and stops and registers as a paper jam. Can anyone tell me which sensor it is having an issue with and where it is located? I have cleaned all sensors that I can find.

It prints portrait 8.5x11 and larger sheets, but not landscape 8.5x11. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

 

set your paper size well - on your creo and on the machine setting too. If you change orientation you have to change on software and machine too
