Hi everybody,
I have a Xerox 4110 with a EXP4110 with version 1.0 and, 1.1 previously installed.
The Fiery displays ""shutdown and restart the printer" and on the screen of the printer error message "127-213" is displayed. I upgraded the software level of the 4110 to the latest level without any success. I also downgraded the fiery to version 1.0 and 1.1 both without success and still getting the same errorcode.
Does anyone know what I must do to resolve this matter?
If I need to replace the fiery controller card inside the EXP4110 then can somebody supply me the Xerox part number for the PCI-card?
