Xerox 252 jam issue

Has anyone had issues with the solenoid on a 252, located on the door on the exit side bottom. The solenoid controls a gait located on that door. Gait problem?? Located before finisher on main unit, accessible through the finisher. Works fine on certain jobs, others, not so well. I have two machines doing the same. Anyone have a parts book maybe with the part number would be helpful. Help please!
