Xeikon web finishing module

we have a xeikon 9800 with the web finishing module. the operators have bumped up the coating on this module to protect more of the toner . i run the laser die cutter and have found that because of they added more coating to the sheets , the coating is melting on my conveyor and causing sheets to stick to it. my question is i ran heideleberg presses for 40 years with aqueous coating . we had to keep the viscosity of the coating at around 17seconds(run thru a Zahn Cup) does the coating on the xeikon wfm have to have a certain viscosity . we coat 60#coated paper and 27# uncoated paper .
