The first post in the thread was regarding an installation manual. However it would be best to contact https://www.xeikon.com/en/contact regarding service manuals as these may be restricted by copyright. While I definitely commend the intent of helping people to be able to troubleshoot and maintain their own machines, please don't get the forum into trouble by requesting or providing any restricted material. Generally operations manuals and manuals which are sold to the public are fine. It is fine to trade, request, or give manuals or tools as long as they are not prohibited from sale/trade and don't violate copyright (if they are out of copyright for example, or if the copyright holder allows them to be sold and resold and it's a legit copy.)
It is fine to ask about the procedure for obtaining manuals or restricted tools legally and through proper channels.
It is perfectly fine to ask questions that others can help answer regarding servicing your press.
But please don't get the forum into trouble by asking for or offering any items which are restricted from sale by the copyright holder.
