Hello there !

Our Xante Ilumina 502 is out of contract now so i can use Xantes support anymore.

I have some issues with the EnvMC Board in the printer, i think something is wrong with the wiring cause it doesnt detect the paper Entering the Printer even so the paper is feeded.

My Question is , does somebody have a few photos of the wiring of the EnvMC Board ? Or maybe if there is a wiring Diagram ?

I would offcourse pay for it !

Thank you in advance
Ronald

I know this is an old thread but I’d love to know if you had any luck finding it! I’ve got a oki c9600 assembly/disassembly instructions. It’s great and full of color images to help. Also have an Xante Ilumina maintenance manual too. I can’t seem to find the location of the paper exit sensor connector though. Let me know if I can help though.

  • Dear PressingPrints,

Service manuals and corresponding schematics should be disclosed for any unit or machine which has been sold once to end users. And it is going to be done soon, as it was in the 20 century.

COPYrights are intended to prohibit unauthorized copying, but not to disable independent servicing by the users, actually.

    Regards,

As an equipment owner and user, I think it would be great if the world moves to a system where documentation and diagrams are provided for equipment you purchase so you can maintain it.

However, right now, the forum is great for questions which other members can help answer from their own experience, but please ask your equipment dealer or manufacturer for any manuals or copyrighted service documents/diagrams.

  • Dear Oleg T,
I dont think manufacturers will ever disclose service manual to end user. Even now they give service manual to only some selected engineers in some manufacturing company for servicung machines.

    Dear Sandeep,

Only two engineers with a clear technical mind are going to remain soon, you and me, if the expansion of digitalization and smartphnes will be continued so much and fast. In addition, the "global" World is going to be divided on a few big economic zones, and they would not have any reason to close the documentation from us, and instruments may become already made of stone, as once.

    Regards,
    Oleg T.
