Morning all!
I'm looking at upgrading our workflow software soon and want to see if anyone has any suggestions. Right now we receive 99% of the orders via email, log and track them in Monday.com, invoice them in Franklin, and print invoices and the email chain and marry them up for retention purposes.
I'd love to have one system to retain the email chain and create a pdf of work orders married up with invoices at the end of the month, email the invoices, run monthly reports, plus a workflow interface similar to Monday.
