Wohlenberg SPM 76 paper cutter doesnt show thee right mm in display

Hello i have a problem the mm are not shown in the display anymore. When it hits the 500mm it shows sometimes 500 but it stays on 500mm or runs back to 400mm what can be the problem?

Hi sir:

3 possibles causes:

1) belt of tables for run the backgauge, defective or loose

2) ball bearing , from belt of backgauge defective.

3) Scan for reading measure, dirty, or defective, or or connector loose, or dirty, or corroded.

Try lifting upwards on each button on the front panel to make sure one isnt stuck down.
Does the backgauge move to the correct positions?
