Wohlenberg Paper Cutting Machine MCS 115 2 TV

I have a problem in my Wohlenberg Paper Cutting Machine MCS 115 2TV the program is deleted I changing the battery is program not working yesterday I found out two problems first the microchip under the table 500mm is broken and one of the connector for moving forward is damaged I will change it today
Just now the machine is running totally manually even the switch to move forward and backward is not working we are using the regulator to move the gauge
I want to know if I change the microchip and the connector will the program work or I have to reprogram the program again
Please can anyone advise and help me

Yes the program will work, since the CPU or microprocessor is the brain, and they control input+ out + power supply+ contactors + relais for indicate the system is ok, and will start again.

Dear Sir
The program is not working even measurements is not showing until the gauge reach the microchip once the measurements start showing you can't move the gauge with the joystick you have to use the regulator to move the gauge but if disconnect the microchip you can move the gauge backward and forward by using joystick
The problem of the program started after we had removed the arm which is used for the adjustment of knife we had to remove it for repairing after repairing to fixed it back and this problem started of program not working and first card from the right when you are standing in front of the electric box as seeing the electric box the card was damaged we had to change the relay
So please can you advise me what do I have to do now
Even we had done a mistake while changing the battery crossed position of the battery positive to negative on the motherboard and negative to positive
Even we had switched the machine to see the outcome
So please can you advise us what we have to do know
