20435.2 Failure two hand grippers not in time

Any ideas on this issue? It will cut a few cycles in
manual mode then go to program mode and will get this code. It also started saying “ FE no buffers found. Format?
Also contactor clutch K122or K124 defect

Hi sir;

Review contactor K 122+ K124 , for lack of voltage in the coils, or loose wires, or contacts of contactors dirty, worm , or defective, replace it !

Hai sir,
i have an issue of cuttec-115, machine has no error , and the cutting cycle is in proper. top and bottom limit,[when we do idle cutting] but when we put paper nearly 2 cm high, size A3 gloss or mat paper,knife will cut only half of the sheet and there is jerking happened ,and return back the knife top limit,
but when we put paper in the corners even much higher quantity[less than A3 size], it cuts in proper, what will be the cause of this kind of problem. is it because of clutch? or any issue in safety bolts?

Maybe take off back cover and have someone cycle the cutter and watch to see if the triangles will return back together. That may show if the clutch is slipping. Could you also have a flat spot in a section of your blade that will not allow a sharp edge to cut. Send a pix so we can verify if correct.

Please review the time of Lever gear with the limit switchs, for dirty contacts, loose wires, corrodes wires, or faulty limit switch.

Of course if after you did that, you must do by proof and error the time for the plastic lever for the properly time of the paper cutter,

Open Fly wheel Cover see if you can see Spark while Knief is Activated.
if yes time to Change/Adjust the Carbons.
If no Check the Gap in Fly wheel and Clutch Plate(when Knief is not Activated).

Check the shear bolt. Sounds like it is broken.

Hi sir:

Please check these 3 things:

1) Gap between clutch, 0.3mms use a feeler gause, and adjustment with shim.

2) The cam lever, and sensor or limit swith, dissajustment, try to adjust by error and proof, the knife must be in hihges point,

3) see the Safety bolt, has mechanical stuff, LUBE the shaft, and see if the sensor or limit switch are o.k, and adjust, aprox 0.2mms
