Wohlenberg Cut tec 115,1999 Blade Issue

We have an issue with the blade not coming down. Can anyone suggest what could be the issue and how we resolve this.

Please check magnetic clutch carbon brushes, light barrier and two hand pushbutton contacts.

    Check the limit switch on other side of electric box near the knife adjustment arm
