Wohlenberg 115 guillotine

YEAR: 2000 TYPE: 115
The machine is abruptly stopping. Sometimes it is going months without problem and sometimes we cant run even for an hour. It is showing following errors while running in sequence.
20434.7: Failure Overrun CAM S64
20430.0: No Release Emergency Relay
20430.1: Emergency Stop Activated - not ready for operation
Is it possible to guide me to solve this problem?
Any help will be appreciated.

1) Measure the input of Voltage for 220Vca or 380 or 440Vca, and see if there strong Oscillation, must the tolerance in order to 10% up or down.

1a)Measure the power supply for Vdc, and see if they are in the range of tolerance 0.7% up or down, can be happen that they can be heating , replace or repair., Transistor, Capacitor, resistor, Regulator of Voltage,bridge rectirifer, optoisolator, Thyristor,etc

2) If o.k please looking for Dry +Colder in the Electronic board., see the attachements, resoldering very well.

3) Look for Back up battery for 3.6 Vdc, and replace it, if is lower, you have only 10 minutes, otherwise, you will lose the information in the CMOS memory backup.

3a) tight every wires ,very well, or sem' broken cables, repair or replaces

Reseating Boards and components:
Edge connectors are a common souorce of problems. Power down the system and remove the PC boards. Examine the edge connector
for contamination and clean with contacts cleaner contacts. Reseat any loose components such as scoketed ICs) . Reseat the
boards and power up.
