Hi.
We have a 1996 Wohlenberg 115 Cut-Tec, and last 3 weeks we not able to find to problem why it stops.
Disdplay comes up with Axis 7 . Motion Monitoring
After many attemps we managed to calibrate the back gauge, being able to cut stock and next moment the back gauge makes a grinding noise, and it's moving slow or not. We lost calibration.
The inverter has been checked and they told me it's okay, ( no red light). we know that the motor at the back it gettin free from the clutch when it has power.
But not sure about the encoder!!
changed Cmos battery.
Any help would be great, as we are lost with options.
Thanks heaps.
Andre

Hi, We are still trying to find the issue on our Wohlenberg 115 Cut-Tec. So far we have repaired the back gauge motor, and thsi is working fine, Encoder is working good, we managed to delete Axis 7 motion monitoring message. Spindle is running free all the way and there is enough grease on it. What we have is when moving backgauge is will happen without no reraseon that the backgauge makes a grinding noise, and goes slowly, when I stop this and push start it's all normal again? On the inverter I get 3 lights on at the same time, for moving forward and back ward, what is weird. Does anyone had this same problem. we think it's not getting the right command from the computer/ screen. Any help will be grea. thanks.
