Will a Standard Fastbind 5 work for books or just padding?

    Hello All,

    Want to start making my books perfect bound. Found a Standard Fastbind 5 but I'm wondering will it work for perfect binding books or just making pads?

    I want to make small, 1-2 inch spine comic books with 80-100 lb cover stock covers.
    I have a scorer to make the spines on the covers.

    Any help will be great.
