Wich printer should I use to print raster for UV plate making?

Goodmorning to all,

I'm new here as I'm new to offset printing. I have a manual torch for plane - single sheet - offset printing and I would like to learn how to use it.

I know that this type of printing is an art but, for the moment, I'm satisfy to create a very simple one color image.

Using photshop CS6 I know how to prepare a very simple screen but I need to print it and I would like to know how is a good printer (not very expensive) to do it.

Googling some I have read that, until a short time ago, any b/w laser printer was good, but at moment the deadly black toner of those machines has been banned by law and it was replaced with another one that is not so dark and opaque.

Can you help me?
