Why am I getting ERROR 035-718 on my WorkCentre 6605??

    So out of the blue we keep getting these 035-718 fax errors on our Xerox WorkCentre 6605. We get a report of the error noting:
    Remote station: [blank]
    Pages: 0/0
    Mode: G3
    Contents: [blank]
    Result: 035-718

    Then it has a trace data and laptimes which is all a bunch of mumbo jumbo with lots of numbers and acronyms (CSI, DIS, DIS, DCN). Why do we keep getting this error out of the blue?
