which digital press next?

we've been running digital for about 8 years, always with fuji xerox.....we're up for a change this year and I'm looking for a consensus on which digital press is the best for our needs.
We put through about 20,000 colour per month at SRA3 from 80gsm to 350gsm with the opportunity to double the quantity if we wanted to (by moving production from offset)
What we're looking for is a machine that fairly straightforward to set up and be used by someone whose doesn't know print.
Is consistent in quality and output and doesn't cost a fortune.
We're currently spending A$2,300.00 per month plus .08c per click.
