    low budget 4 color presses

    Sir
If you are after an akiyama press , i believe you have a very small budget.
Will you later have the funds to pay for fixing this Akiyama once it goes wrong and having no backup builder to support it ?

I would go for a safer pick at the same budget , but what is your budget ??

    faster printing ?

    My friend
If you want to do more print work at a shorter time , and yet have it done at high quality , you need to think different...
Take one good modern press , that will give you fast make ready , fast print production , good quality and no change between prints , and you will be way better off.
A year 2000 Komori will be good for this and yet cheap , cheaper to run and will give you much more on the floor every hour for years to come.

A 1979 Akiyama is not the way to get more work but more truble...

I have no idea about your currency , so what is your budget in Euro / USD ?

I think Akiyama High Ace might be reaching for the stars on that budget. Your take on this, Meny?

    12000 Euro ???

I would not touch any 4 color press that come for this price as it would be safer to keep the money in the pocket and not dump it in the trash...

A price like this for a 4 color press comes for a REASON...

    Good luck

I didn't have the heart to break it to him, and I was anxious to hear your always succinct and sometimes brutally honest opinion :)
