Help With Replacing Rollers IRC3220 Canon

    Hi,

Well, I figured out what was wrong, I need to replace the Fuser Rollers, any one got a step by step one this? And where to get some parts? I have seen them on Precision Rollers for $199 and $175

    Thanks,
    Sean

Sorry - didn't see this thread until now. Did you solve it? I've only taken a peak inside the fuser once five years ago and I wasn't sure how easy it would be to rebuild them. Ours have been under service contract so we haven't had to worry about rebuilding fusers which has been nice.

Before we got contract machines I did discover Precision Roller - a good selection online but but their prices aren't for the feint of heart. I guess it depends on how hard it is to rebuild and how quick you can get whether you replace just the heat roller or the pressure roller too. I honestly don't know. For the cost of both you can sometimes find a whole new fuser on ebay.

I do know that http://nwrsinc.com/ rebuilt several of the fusers we ran.
