Looking for a printer / plotter to run 36" posters. Something that is economical per print and where the ink set doesn't cost a huge fortune to replace. Low print volume, one or two per day.

Got free print sample for Epson SureColor T-series and it's not bad for a 4-color printer. Some dot pattern visibility on the inkjet coated sample. The photo paper sample was quite good for 4-color range.

Epson SureColor T5170 is very reasonable at $2000.

Epson SureColor T5475 is $2500 and offers larger cheaper ink cartridges.
