    Hi there all,
i recently removed the duct key motors from the 5th unit of my Komori 526, found that they have been covered in dried up ink. Whats the best way to clean them without damaging the motors?

    regards
    shaun

The best way is to disassemble the gear train and clean the parts. Motor or carburetor cleaner works well but if any of the gears are plastic, do a small test spot to be sure the cleaner does not disolve the plastic.
