    1.
What is a fair price to have a direct mailer produced and mailed.
    Around 32 pages full color 8.5 x 5.5.
    Sent to 10,000 addresses.
    Done on a monthly bases.

    2.
Also need a small magazine 12-16 pages full color not mailed, well mailed to me.
    1000 copies.
Also done on a monthly bases.

I have been quoted around 10k for 1
    and around 1k for 2.

I am considering doing this in house but it does not look to be financially practical.
The equipment need for something like this is best as I can tell over 100k.
The consumables for this would not exactly been inexpensive either.
How do you guys make money doing this?

Yea but your margins have to be supper thin.
As much as I would like to do all this in house I am probably going to farm it out until volumes hit a point to where it makes since to bring it in house.
I am thinking somewhere in the ranged of 1 million prints per month.
I think I stated that 1 was 10,000 but I think it was closer to 20k I am going to have to review my notes.
If anyone want to contact me about this and offer me your services I have no problem with it.
Be forewarned I will pick your brain.

Once you have a few customers under your belt it’s not so bad. It’s still hard and it does take a lot of budgeting, but once you get on your feet you’ll make it. Best of luck to you!
