weko ap 262 hdm10

dear sir
i have a communication problem between weko ap262 and cd102 2003 plus 4 color
rek2 cpt v043.6

the weko plug x103 is connected to machine side svm x3

note:
variant code 255 must be 3
but it not possible to change it(it is empty)

is there any solution
