weird problem in cp2000 in sm74

Hi guys

I got a very weird problem in cp2000 recently
The problem is that, some pages in cp2000 is not opening,

Some buttons of the diagnosis window is also not working. I can see the buttons are pressing but they just not responding. Only some buttons. Some are working

Anybody came across with this kind of problem?

The machine is sm74-2h 2006 model. Without cpc
The machine can be run, inch but cannot change settings because of this problem.

Hello NimeshSilva,

Can you try hooking up a mouse to the IPC just to double check there isn't anything wrong with the touch screen itself?
