I swear I went through this exact thing, in the early days of running igen, but forgot what we did it has new developer.

see photo. need to be 32 red. by the end of the page, its dropping out.

Are the first few sheets Ok and then starts to drop off and is the strip of red running along the long edge of the sheet ie left to right on the iGen transports? If so you can tweek the toner concentration. I forget which NVM's they are - it's been 2 1/2 years since I touched an iGen

is nvm 18011.... normal is 3.9.... set it on 4.4

yep, starts good on lead edge, drops out by trailing edge.

That looks exactly, like a problem I got a few months ago, only it was in the black station. Tech changed the whole Developerhousing, as it turned out, it probably was the magrolls behind the donor rolls that malfunction(do you spell it like that ?, the black donor rolls was dirty 5-7 cm inboard.
Try look at your donorrolls, for the magenta and yellow station, are they "dirty", then you might have the same problem.... maybe

tech is here. One of my Ozone filter fan motors isnt working. theyre fixing that first, then your idea is next. Magenta station rebuild.

finally replaced the entire magenta developer unit. shes goin' now.

albeit with the cardboard wind tunnel because of the EU.
