Water system problem (not detected) body 4, Sm 74

Hello, I am having a problem in the body 4 water system of a 1996 Sm 74, the system has water and we have already verified that the sensor works. which it normally can be. What other problem could it be? It is a machine that was recently installed and is not yet operating.

Please check variant key with original one .
Check also communication cable between cpc and principal cabinet
Be sure that lvt connexion on the 4 unit are good , clean dirty and put correctly plugs
