Water pan insulation

We have problems on our machine with insulation on water pans. Glue is gone and insulation is comming of. I was searching where to buy insulation for water pan and try one from armaflex but it is not so durable and shock proof (it gets ripped of really fast and easy).

Where do you guys buy this insulation? We bought one new complete water pan and it was really expensive, like 2000€...
