Water fountain roller drive trouble

    I was trying to solve the fountain roller drive error. While the error is coming that time the fountain motor also not running. Without running the motor the production is not running. Can somebody help me to solve the problem?

    This problem occurs in the following cases:
    - water level in the mooring tank is too low or the level photocell is faulty.
    - if there is a blockage at the level of the bubbler and dosing rollers and this may be due to damaged bearings at the level of the rollers or the drive gears on the drive side damaged due to lack of periodic lubrication
    Check it and tell me afterwards

    The problem is not in the water I checked everything in the water i am thinking have some some problem in the drive and I check the drive also that is also ok it has some other problem

    The error is comming,when the emergency stop actuated,after clear the error the roller is running,the error is repeating when the emergency stop actuated,i not found the solution for this problem

    It's too boring. This is some kind of blind game of gossip. Could you please to discontinue this unintelligible dreaming like between a patient and a doctor at a mental hospital for the duration of week+, by providing the machine model, the model of the drive, exact "error" you get and refer. As well, please indicate what level of assistance you are looking here for ?, are you a technical person servicing the machine?, or an user of the machine?

    This is applicable for all who regularly initiate similar topics. Please maximum information and details from a topic beginning and before interrogations with predilection for weeks.

    "Roland 700" means nothing. Write at least the year and series (not the serial number)

    Sens us at least a picture of screen were we can see electronic problems . Machine year ? Series ? When did the problems problems occur?
