Is it more so on operator side than gear side? Check stability of operator side journal, pan roller. Common wear area.

    Dear Sunilvaryani,
Is it a water dropping that you can see under the water pan, or you see too much water in the printed sheet without dropping?

If the water pan has neoprene rubber insulation, check to be sure the rubber is not seperating from the outside of the pan. When the rubber separates from the pan it tends to rub against the water vibrator roller. This rubbing has been known to cause water droplets to fall on the sheet on the larger speedmasters. You might also check for clearance between the pan and the above mentioned roller. On some speedmasters its easy to install the pan too far forward ,and cause clearance issues.

The water pan is full of water within short time
The operator has to stop remove the water pan full of water then continue again we have called the engineer to check the roller settings also it’s only in the first unit

Sounds like you need to balance your fountain solution feed with your return. Id be looking to be sure all the return lines on your water pans are clear. These lines do need to be flushed out a few times a year. At the same time you will want to insure that your water feed into the water pan is balanced against the speed of the return. I usually adjust the feed valve to feed solution a slight bit slower that the return. This will insure that the water level in your pan stays consistent. Try adjusting your feed so that the incoming fountain solution just barely produces a visible ripple on the surface of the water level right where the fountain solution enters the pan.

??? Are you saying you have PM52? CPTronics has no bearing on "print quality".

No sir the sm 52 prints well but we are planning on buying another machine you see
Most of the jobs we get are text books which are
Single colours or 4 colours and here in Africa
Most text books are printed in India because of cost n we don’t have good technical expertise if you get a problem here
So we were looking to buy a moz conventional damp without cp tronic sn

The profit margin too is not so great on text books and parts are also expensive on speedmasters

when you say a "conventional" machine are you referring to conventional dampening? Based on some of the things you've said in this thread, I get the impression that your pressroom staff is lacking in experience. I believe that conventional dampening will prove to be not very beginner friendly. Make it a point to at least get a press equipped with Alcolor, even if funds don't allow for CPC or CPtronic.
