I wanted to share a quick video overview we recently put together showing the complete production cycle of premium custom packaging. Since a lot of the magic happens after the sheets come off the 4-color offset press, I thought this community might appreciate seeing the entire sequence from digital layout to the final glued box.

- Prepress & Design: Structuring the core layout, fonts, and color separation.
- Printing: Laying down the design on high-quality stock.
- Post-Press Finishing: Laminating (matte/glossy films).
- Surface Decoration: Applying hot stamping and scratch-proof UV coatings to make the branding stand out.
- Mounting: Adhering the printed surface paper to a heavier white card for structural integrity.
- Die-Cutting & Assembly: Precision die-cutting the grid and the final gluing/folding process.
