Versant 180 Network Scanning

Does anyone know how to configure the network scanning on the versant? We were fine until they had to replace the internal HDD in the versant. Xerox support helpdesk is not much help. I finally got the saving of the scanned files onto our Windows server working. The only issue is that for JPEG files it saves the scan file into a folder on the server. The PDF scan file is saved as one file. The TIFF scan is saved as one file but I cannot open it on a Mac with Preview.

Any ideas?
