    Saludos.
Tenemos problemas con la impresión debido a la velocidad de la máquina.
No tengo manuales eléctricos. Me pregunto si alguno sabe como regular las velocidades de trabajo. Adjunto tarjetas electrónicas de la máquina
    Gracias de antemano

    Hi sir:
Go to the start up speed Screen and follow this:
This screen is used to select the start-up speed during automatic paper feeding (PRODUCT) start or test printing.
However, note that when the feeder and pump have been turned on by manual operations, SLOW start is
    performed.
[SLOW]: Sheet feed starts from SLOW speed, and then increases to FAST speed after the last cylinder is
    engaged.
[FAST 1]: Sheet feed starts from SLOW speed, increases to FAST speed (8000 rph), and then changes to the
speed set by the PRESS SPEED ADJUSTMENT dial after the last cylinder is engaged.
[FAST 2]: Sheet feed starts from SLOW speed, increases to FAST speed (12000 rph), and then changes to the
speed set by the PRESS SPEED ADJUSTMENT dial after the last cylinder is engaged.
[FAST] is a function used to aim for early stabilization of initial printing. The guideline for using this is a paper
thickness of 0.3 mm or less. However, [SLOW] should be selected even when using a paper thickness of 0.3
mm or less if the paper condition is poor or if sheet feed does not stabilize.
Selectable speeds vary depending on the models and the specifications.
The maximum printing speed is 8000 rph for [FAST 1], and 12000 rph for [FAST 2].

    Thanks for your response.
This machine is a little old, it doesn't have screens. The only thing I have are those electronic cards that are attached in the photos

    ok sir

    1) I don't know if your engine has a sensor or not.

    2) If you do not have a sensor, check the engine brake and the air gap must be 0.6mm to activate the limit switch, located where the engine brake is mounted. . Clean its parts well.

If it has a sensor or camless motor, the matter is complicated because several steps have to be done, which is difficult to describe, since there are photos, etc.

Cleaned the engine brake. However, we continue with the ruling.
I will explain a little more:
The machine rotates well by forward pulses. The next gear works fine, normal slow, but the second gear increases and immediately drops to the first gear. And the third speed works well with respect to the speed set on the panel.

We have the problem with the second speed, when we lower it to minimum the print comes out with spots and we are losing a lot of material.

    I hope you understand me.

The problem may be if it has a servomotor, it is damaged or poorly adjusted.
It will be good if you take a photo of the engine.
    Bendiciones.
