varnish problem

    Hello, Good day. We have a SM74 6 color machine. We have a problem on the output of our coating unit. There is a horizontal streak line near the gripper end. We will greatly appreciate your suggestions on this. Thank you.

    Can you post a picture of the problem? Also is it a anilox coater or a older roller coater?

    Sounds like your overrunning clutch(es) are bad. Check catch pan under pan roller gearing (under gear side main cover) for metal shards.
