UV printed rub on transfers

Hi I am attempting to create full colour rub down transfers. Similar to letraset (for those who remember this
process)! I have printed in reverse using a Roland lef 300 on to silicon release paper, so far so good, but not sure how to get the adhesive on to the image, as it needs to follow the intricate artwork with 1mm bleed around the image. Screen print of low tac adhesive could be a solution. I have a sample of what I am trying to achieve, which is printed in Taiwan, but would like to think that this could be achieved in the UK.
Any suggestions?
