UV in the US/Canada

Apologies if this isn't the right sub-forum for this but would deeply appreciate any suggestions on anyone's part!

We want to print a black-and-white photography book with UV ink on uncoated paper yet haven't had any experience with this so far. Could anyone recommend a quality US or Canadian printer with quality support services that can print with UV the whole book (not just the cover)?
