Hello I working in Slovenia. They have a problem on one heidelberg XL 105-6+L when they are useing UV coating.
They are printing on holografic metallized cartboard just for farmacy boxes for drugs
With the right glossity they don't have the smoothness runing of this boxes on postpress
When boxes are packing they don't run good on packing system.
The surface is not like it should be it isn't smooth it look like a surface of anilox roller
They are using anilox roller 60/SS/40/14.9 and 80/SS/32/12.0
When using the 60 gloss ok ,runing not ok
80 not ok gloss, runing ok
Does anybody have the same problem?
