UV coating temperature issues

    During these cold months I have noticed that it is very important to let your UV coating liquid warm to room temperature before loading it into your coater. If you don't the liquid will appear very thick and milky and create all kinds of problems with your coating and machine operation. Just some food for thought if anyone is having the same issues!

    Hi keep the UV varnish in 40℃can get the best coating effect.
