Troubleshooting with Heidelbergh 102 ZP

Good Morning Sirs,
We have a problem with our 102 ZP that is ready to start but not start, an circle around T is marked on the electronic cabinet and circle around M in CP TRONIC sreen,

Note :2 of 3 SLT supplying fuse was broken, we replaced them .

• DYN - TEST-1

- SBM_1/2 FDFD
- MOT 7FEF

• Machine failure icon is flashing on Electronic Cabinet as an circle around T
• Machine failure icon is flashing on Motor as an circle around M
• Here are attached screen capture for this issue.

Can anyone Help me please?

Hi,
This error indicates main motor brake malfunction. It means, once you presses RUN bottom, the press rotates more than 4 degrees. In most cases, the brake has a problem and you need to replace the inner brake disk.

Hi sir;

Please see my instruction before:

1) Reset the main c.breaker

2) please be sure the FUSES, are making good contacts, and are o.k, NOT open and provide continuity.

3) Tight very well the terminals with wire and clean very well, from corrosion, and dirty.

4) However the indication from his error code , is that you have Voltage provided very LOW to the FIELD MOTOR.
check very well the voltage coming from the electronic board, and see if there rectifiers bridges, power transistor, if are NOT open or leaking.
Repair or exchange the board.

5) Please do some maintenance for the main motor, since the motor can be NEED some clean it, Lube, and exchange ball bearings.

However I forgot, you can test too the brake;

1) lack of +48Vdc
2) mechanical failure too.

I am test the brake voltage its 24VDC not 48VDC

if i restart the machine no alarms >>> once i presses RUN bottom the main motor not working and the alarms Appear on CP TRONIC sreen

and i am test the voltage on main motor when presses RUN its "0-7V"
