Trouble connecting my CF3102

Hi, I've been trying days to connect my CF3102 to my computer using the tcp/ip cable but I can't connect the WinXP with the printer, it doesn't detect the printer IP. I've change the IP address on the Control Panel of the printer so I can put the same numbers on the PC but nothing. The Job's Monitor its already install, at this point I don't know if there's a problem with a configuration in the printer, please if somebody know what to do let me know.

 

I have a CF3102 at nemprint.dk for printing T-shirts.
Whenever I had problems it was because the machine had the wrong setting for the controller.
Do you knof if your machine have a fierry controller ? I think you might have the standart controller, but the machine think it have a Fierry.
I can give you the settings, I think there are 3 controllers to choose from, so you can try yourself.
Just ping and see if you can get a response.
