Hello, Got an issue with our Tresu unit. The chamber is not draining after a wash down. We had an engineer out a while back as it was doing the same thing and the seals had gone on one of the pumps, so we figured it was that. He replaced the pump, which seems ok, but it has stopped draining again. Anyone got any ideas? Cheers.
Hi: Possible problem: 1) The supply and return hoses are partly blocked,due to dried-up ink/varnish. =Replace or clean hoses 2) After some time,the chamber must be drained , and the anilox roller is dries up. The pump is running but is not capable of pumping a sufficient amount of ink/varnish into the chamber. =Pump capacity is too low.. Try it to increase the pump capacity.
