iGBT error is normally caused when the cooling fins and/or fans are blocked with paper fibers and dust. The inverter protrudes out the back of the main electrical cabinet towards the feeder. It has a removable cover that is open on the bottom. If you look up under the cover you should see the fans. Make sure they are clean and spin normally. Carefully blow out the cooling fins with compressed air.

In my opinion, this inverter slowly dies.
It can damage the main plate.
It needs to be repaired asap if you don't want to buy a new one.
If you need, I can help you with repairing the inverter.
Please send a mail to me - armands.untals@gmail.com
