Toner scratching flaking off on satin silk matte stock

Just an FYI after much research and testing with little to no resolution.

If you're printing on Satin (silk, matte) coated paper and experiencing the toner flaking or scratching off, try changing the media coating setting to "Gloss". It's a drop down list under Media Attributes > Coating Type - select "Gloss".

what brand are you using...some brands do not run at all!! We have had good results with XPR brand.. made in Hong kong
