Toner Cartridge Shortage??? igen5

We've been waiting on this latest xerox order of toner and fuser fluid for almost a month. It usually only takes a couple of business days. Xerox is telling it's literally not available right now. Anyone else having this problem? This is for the iGen 5.

Yes its horrible. Running out of toner left and right. Coming up on 3 weeks from ordering with no tracking info still.

Magenta Toner??! We've received Black, Cyan and Yellow. Last 3 orders dated from December 20th for Magenta - on backorder..

yup. I have magenta on order and not coming in yet. Of yellow, I got 1 of my 3, and nothing else. I did get my 5 black. so yay if you use black toner a lot.... it's nationwide apparently.

I order a Photoreceptor 611 and I received an 591 for igen4 (i have igen5, i need the 001r00611)
