The down fall of Xerox. Diagnostics and over priced Parts and Supplies...

Don't hold your breath looking for third party igen service.
There is no one in third party ISO's for the igen. You wont see third party service on the Igens due to the cost of parts, supplies, xerox licensing.
There are only 3 techs I would trust to touch one outside of xerox. None of which are in Virginia or even close.
I have 4 igens, I'm probably the only real hope you have of getting anything you need to service them.
FYI: Nothing is cheap when it comes to the iGen. Xerox likes it that way to keep third party out. Diagnostics license will be the downfall of the big 'X'. Xerox needs to wake up, third party helped Xerox by doing service cheap enough to keep HP and Canon out. By them forcing out the ISO thy now don't get sells (Parts, Supplies, and Equipment) in remote ares which leaves someone like you no choice in the end.
Best Advice:
If you didn't burn any bridges with Xerox I suggest you go back. If you cant go back I suggest you sell the igen3 and go to an HP Indigo or Canon. I know reps for HP and Canon if you want to sell the igen.
