Check your registration area. Clean glass, sensors and CCDs. Make sure you remove the glass and clean underneath and the reflective surface above. If that doesn't help, one of your CCDs in the registration area may be bad.

    Xpe-06-3060 for igen4

@ ddigen4 XPE-06-3060 lists as Image Registration Setup Failure.

    I've done the following:
-- cleaned the ETAC & MOB sensors
-- cleaned the shield over them
-- ran dc0610 iOi setup MOB Sensor Calibration (passed)
-- ran dc0610 iOi setup Automatic setup (passed)
-- ran dc0951 Xerographic Setup (passed)
-- lastly ran color maintenance ( passed)

    Problem solved..

That is a phantom error. I would reboot the server. Not listed in the EDOC. Maybe even the PSIP it that doesn't help.

This is a carrier dispense fault for Cyan. Most likely the magnet arm pin has broken

    1. XPE-09-8000
    2. Print Engine Fault: Max Limit for System Deadcycle Exceeded
    3. Place a service call and request a new iGen. Or click RESET under the "grin&bearit" tab.
    4. Let me know which one works better for you.

Hope this will correct your problem with External Roll #2 temp.

To Reset the fault, Enter [Marker, dC330 - Component Control, 10B Fuser Lamps]
folder. Then Exit the Fuser Lamp folder.

    Good luck

adding to thread for future reference:

    XPE-09-3168. happens during dc0951.

I had just cleaned etacs and mob sensors. Think i smeared one? AND might have not got that ETACS cover back on evenly?

    also pinscorotrons were aged. replaced

    XOS-11-3054 - VGT 1 Motor Power Saturation

So I was getting this Friday on my 150, and called service and my tech told me he saw nothing about it other than maybe a dirty sensor. Cleaned them and was still getting it. So I took the stacker cart out and slid in to look around.

I noticed that there was a spring hanging down from one side of the slot where the paper enters the stacker. I tried just putting it back in place, but there was no tension.

Turned out the 2 springs had lost all of their tension and so we zip tied the springs really tight and put them back in and it's working great.

Hopefully this helps, should anyone ever have that same fault.

heres a solved error for reference.

got these RIGHT at end of day yesterday. frustrating...so went home to think about it....

xpe-03-4045 and xpe-04-4046 these were decurler errors. communication I guess... I found no way to clear it. In diagnostics, the decurler area was unresponsive.

the only solution was restart press, error gone

hello there, welcome to the site. That ones not ringing too many bells for me...

Firstly, are there any other errors along with it? If you open diagnostics, what is the error called, that will help.

I'd pop open the belt clean the etacs.....then check for something not seated right maybe not sure. then try reboot if I didnt know what the error was called.

someone else here might have seen that one?
