    They there IgenTech,

I did all those things, I ran a dC0951 3 times and on the 3rd time it passed; everything started printing for about 40 minutes I think and the Print Engine fault came back. I'm running dC0951 one more time, so far everything is passing however my tech is on his way to other routine maintence anyway. I have so much WORK and I don't need it dying on me today.

I truly appreciate all the feedback your giving me. I love this forum...... Thank you so much.

    Yes,
XPE-09-3167, indicates that during dC0951, the Center ETAC high target could not be determined.

Check the following DC131 NVM value: Station4EtacTimingSetupCorrection loc 14155.
If the value is not less than 230 or you are also geting XPE-09-3501 or 09-3502 faults. I would check the ETAC timing dc0911.
After that I would start to think there is something wrong with the cleaner.
I would have to look back but I think you said the Charge devices were dirty that makes me think of 2 things 1 the vacuum manifolds maybe restricted or 2 the Belt module isn't seated/adjusted right ie the gap for the developer housings is wrong.

How log has this machice been installed?

    Xpe-09-3066

    RMiGen,

XPE-09-3066 Is Transfer/Detack PS Overtemperature or Wire Current Fault

Transfer/Detack Wire wire current is out of range indictive of a broke wire or Arc.
I would start by cleaning or replacing T and D Dicors.
Is this the only fault listed?
You could be missing 24vdc, +-36vdc.

Well I am no longer getting that fault. This was happening last night on the swing shift and when I came in, first thing I did was fire it up and it is fine.. for the most part. If I would have gotten this fault again, I would have cleaned, restring/replace T and D Dicors.

    NEW ISSUE THOUGH:
    XPE-10-3346 and XPE-10-3341

Decurler Entrance (3341)/ Exit (3346) Cam Motor Missing +36V

I have a service call in but the tech's have not called me yet.

    Decurler Entrance/Exit missing +36vdc
I havent checked to see where the +36vdc goes through. It might be that it goes through the Output front door switiches. Cheat them to see if it fixes it, ie missaligned door. or a switch maybe bad.

+36vdc is the power supply on the rear of the Output module you may have to flip down the AC Panel to see it. Check to see if the Green LED's are on for each converter.
If the supply is ok you could have a short or open in the wires to the Decurler Motor or from it to the DSC 1 PBW.

Output switch underneath the fuser which is connected to the door was full of fuser fluid. The 5v was working but the 24 wasn't. The fuser fluid is semi-conductive so it would sometimes not fault, or one would be on and the other wouldn't (which shouldn't happen.)

I am relaying all of this, but I believe I understand lol. They flushed the door relay with alcohol and are ordering a new one. Things are running now though.

    Xpe-06-3060

XPE-06-3060 lists as Image Registration Setup Failure.

    I've done the following:
-- cleaned the ETAC & MOB sensors
-- cleaned the shield over them
-- ran dc0610 MOB Sensor Calibration (passed)
-- ran dc0951 Xerographic Setup (passed)
-- threw a big tantrum on the press room floor (hurt my hands & toes)

    ...and the fault remains.

The only action that has cleared it in the past when the above actions (including the tantrum) didn't resolve the issue was to completely take down the DocuSP, PSIP and the Engine, then boot them all back up after waiting a few minutes.

The problem is the environment "equilibrium" is thrown out of whack after doing that, and I then have to deal with mottle artifacts, requiring several hundred sheets of developer recovery to be run (pocket book not happy).

Any great suggestions out there? Thanks so much in advance!

    Solomon

    XPE-08-3230 Registration Data Integrity Fault

Trying to run NCR/Carbonless paper AND its variable. Simplex only luckily. I keep getting this fault and a huge paper jam.

I'm also getting late to duplex bypass sensor and late to output inverter exit sensor faults.

    any tips/tricks?

I had XPE-08-3263 Lateral Misreg & and XPE-08-3264 Skew Misreg yesterday.

I cleaned the glass transport and they went away.

Yeah I also got a XPE-08-1206 Unexpected sheet at Reg Transport.

I cleaned the glass transport a few times and they eventually quit. (for a good 8000 impressions.)

We had a HUGE problem running this NCR paper. Massive jams, and the PR got destroyed.

A job that should have taken around 4.5 hrs took over 8.

    Joy.

I have found a process that works for this one. Do you have access to the PSP login? if so follow this and it should get you through

    Clean Mob Sensor
    Completly power off
Pull PR Belt all the way out
Make sure charge stations are seated properly
While closing the PR Belt drawer make shure that the shutters are opening
    Restart the press
If the fault remains login to the service PSP and run DC610 - IOI Setup - Automatic Setup.
this sould fix it.hope that helps

I've got the XPE-08-3263 repeatedly and even cleaning the glass and chrome
didn't help. I suspect it has something to do with shorter sheets as it has only
done it with 8.5X14 so far. Anything bigger seems to run fine for the most part.

Waiting for my tech to show up to see what he says.

    Herm...

I can't do legal developer recovery until then.....

RMigen, make sure that the skew at the reg-board is completly in.

What can i do with the fault-code X2F-07-3123, 3133. It´s a feeder fault, i tried to reset it but doesn´t work. the diagnistic menu shows me that something is wrong with the elevator.
    Is that a sensor problem?

    greetz from germany, berlin :)
