when you say "elastic paper" are you referring to papers ability to change dimensions under certain conditions?

yes. I think pressure of printing, humidity, temperature are the factor of this phenomenon. But how can I control it?

a few tips to minimize papers dimensional instability....
    1. Purchase quality paper whenever possible
    2. allow paper to acclimate to the pressroom environment. Do NOT run paper right off the delivery truck. Allow at least a few days for temp and R.H. to stabilize.
    3. maintain a consistent pressroom and paper storage environment.
    4. Whenever possible print long grain.
    5. Print with minimum printing pressure, minimum ink to arrive at color, and minimum water.
    6. Do not expect quality printing results with wavy stock, or stock with tight edges.
    7. ALWAYS keep paper wrapped, and rewrap unused paper before putting back into storage.

And shrink-wrap unused paper. Makes a world of difference when you shrink wrap your butt rolls instead of just wrapping them in the original cardboard wrapper
